Nicole + Chris | Golf Club at Boulder Ridge Wedding

What a gorgeous day it was for Nicole & Chris at Boulder Ridge!  I really connected with both of them and their families, which I know makes a huge difference in the photos.  We went over the timeline a couples times together and that also helped make for a smooth day.  I will definitely be posting more photos of their wedding in the days to follow.  For now, I want to just thank them for being such a sweet couple and their bridal party for being very fun and helpful!  And it definitely does ‘take a village’ so huge props to Lisa Nunes and Kristy Meinhardt!!

Please Welcome Little Lucas to the world!

There is nothing more adorable than a newborn staring at you during a shoot.  I can’t tell if it’s because they can’t see more than 15 inches away or if they are wondering what my camera is all about.  Little Lucas here was such a trooper for me and was super tolerable of his older brother’s attempt to steal the spotlight.  The shoot ended right on cue with Lucas letting us know that it was time for his afternoon poop.  lol!

Katherine & David | Palm Event Center Wedding

I Love my adorable Katherine and David!  They have been so incredibly kind since day one and have been so much fun to work with.  We had a fun engagement session in downtown Sunnyvale where they showed off their A’s pride.  And now it was their wedding day, at the gorgeous Palm Event Center.  All I can say is that fun was had by all, including their crazy ass bridal party!!  Thank you for your endless appreciation for my efforts on your special day.  Cheers to you both!!

Campbell’s Valentine Fun Run | Feb. 9, 2013

Jessika + Ryan | Scheid Vineyard Wedding

It was a toasty one this past weekend down near King City but rain or shine, Jessika & Ryan definitely ready to finally tie the knot.  I say “finally” because they had to postpone their wedding from last year when Ryan was deployed for active duty.  A very special thank you to Ryan for his services to our country!  Their wedding was beautifully intimate and these two lovebirds partied until the wee hours of the night!  I absolutely LOVED the colors they chose for Jessika’s bouquet and bridesmaids dresses!  There’s a cute shot of them holding hands around a corner from each other before the ceremony – without seeing each other.  Here’s a small glimpse of their wedding day….

Sarah + Travis | Seascape Resort Wedding

I have nothing but absolute LOVE for Sarah & Travis!  They were blessed with perfect weather in Aptos on their wedding day and were surrounded by their amazing family & friends.  Sarah & Travis both got ready at Seascape Resort which made it very convenient for me to capture their pre-wedding photos.  I could not have been more honored to have been a part of their very special day.  Here is a sneak peek at some of their wedding photos!  A very special thank you for your amazing service to our country Travis!  Cheers to you both!!!

Jen & Eric | Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Engagement Session

I have so much fun with my couples during our engagement sessions no matter where we end up, whether it’s Napa, SF, or Santa Cruz beach.  It’s a great time for me to get to know them better and to help them understand my photography style so they know what to expect on their big day.  My number one goal is to help make them feel so comfy that they forget I am taking their photos. Jen & Eric met me at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and came dressed to impress.  And I love that Jen went through the effort of getting her hair and makeup done because I think it makes a huge difference in the photos. Between the bag of goodies they brought and the different attractions, we were able to create some super colorful photos together at the Boardwalk!
